Oakwood apartments currently has opening for two bedroom, one bath apartment for rent upper unit ! The apartment comes with stove, dish washer, and fridge. The common area has washer and dryer for laundry. This units has AC units and forced heat. The landlord takes care of snow removal, lawn care, trash, and water. Tenants are responsible for gas and electric Pets are allowed, dogs have a 35 pound weight limit. All animal will have a non refundable administration fee of 500 dollars. All pets will cost an additional $25 per cat & $60 for dogs. There can be no more than two animal per apartment. ** We will have a One bedroom, lower unit coming available October - This unit is not ready for showings, if extremely interested please apply.
