Property seemed well manicured, no broken down cars and appearance seemed to be clean.

Communication was friendly but they failed to answer my question about utilities such as water, sewage and if they're included in the rent or if I'll will have to pay that as well, the apartment is kinda small (490sqft) for it to be 1,200 then however much I would have to pay for water electric gas trash etc
