At first i spoke with an agent by the name of Damien who was extremely kind and responsive to any questions or concerns. I was informed to call back the following business day to speak with someone else regarding the application to proceed further. I spoke with a woman. Which unfortunately i don’t recall her name. She was completely incompetent and very rude over the phone. She made sure to make me feel uncomfortable and didn’t hesitate to assure me to either comply or find another property to apply. Completely taken off guard by that and decided to end the call and go to a different agency. It’s so sad how people work for a company they can’t even stay professionally and only care about the dollars they make instead of focusing on the clients concerns or any questions they may have to feel comfortable or heard to be assisted in the most professional way. Which sadly to say i did not receive that kind of service. For someone like myself who has been working for high corporate company and is well respected with customer services I’m very disappointed in this property management services.
