The Brae House is a 13 unit luxury apartment building that includes 2,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The residential units will be comprised of One, Two and Three Bedroom apartments that range in size from 754 sq. ft. - 1,740 sq. ft. Each apartment will be appointed with luxury finishes, including quartz countertops, Euro-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer/dryers, 9' ceiling heights, wood plank flooring, and generous outdoor spaces are also featured throughout the units.
