Management
Did not meet the "Corporate Owners", but was toured by a Property Mgr. who was certainly pleasant & polite enough, knew the property well, but the never ending list of rules, regulations, extra charges, etc., when added to the already high listed rents, simply added up to "too much for too little". A nice gym doesn't make me want to pay over $2k for a cubby hole to live in.

1st, annoyed that it was listed on Zillow, but they would not accept my Zillow app that I paid for and found the place by using. They wanted a $65. app fee PLUS a $315. background check fee (chump charges). The apts. were very small sized, and seemed like a huge community (traffic) with a ton of apts. (just another guy in a crackerbox). Plus $100 + tax for a garage and $25. + tax for just a reserved parking space... on TOP of a high rent. Overpriced in my view.
