Capitol Court Apartments are located on campus less than a half mile away from the Old Capitol Mall, the University Recreation Center, and across the street from a Cambus stop. It is a secured, clean, quiet and well-maintained building with optional indoor garage parking, an onsite laundry facility, an elevator, indoor mailboxes and a security camera system. It also has a private sunbathing courtyard with tables, benches, lounges and a fountain. All apartments are two bedroom/two bathroom, complete with remodeled kitchens including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, full size refrigerators, and a breakfast bar. All apartments also have central heat and AC, two walk in closets, and a coat closet with full-length mirrors and private bathrooms.
