Property
The address was actually 112 Sussex (1st floor, first apartment on the right), 750sqf for $2,450/m. Everything was so old. Dark rooms (explained by 1st floor with one side facing north, small windows) and the plan was not convenient for us. In the middle of the apartment there was a small window to a tiny and completely dark inner well looking in which you see the same small windows of other apartments. Unit has a private backyard which is not mentioned in listing. Backyard is dark and gloomy although it is quite big and it faces two churches and other owners' backyards (so a relatively pleasant view). Also the ceiling is high which is a plus. However, for such quality of the apartment I see the price as high. Probably it is based on the presence of backyard. I toured it before final painting and cleaning were completed so probably it will look better after.
Management
Property manager was very pleasant and well-prepared and answered all my questions. It was comfortable and nice to tour with her.
