A copy of your most recent Federal Tax Return (1040 or 1040A) Include all W-2 Forms.
Qualified applications must demonstrate their annual income does not exceed the 60% Area Median Income thresholds:

4 persons must make less than $66,480 per year
5 persons must make less than $71,820 per year
6 persons must make less than $77,160 per year
7 persons must make less than $82,440 per year
Minimum household size for 3-bedroom units is 3 people and no more than 7 household members.
