The Y Lofts offer 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. There are a large variety of floor plans and prices to meet your needs. The Y Lofts are designed for seniors ages 55 and better. Income limits apply, see our website for or the individual listing for details on that apartment. Water/sewer/trash are paid, residents are responsible for the electricity. The Y Lofts Senior Apartments are designed to provide much more than just an apartment. The building was formerly a YMCA and has been lovingly restored for ease of use and creating a small community for those ages 55 and better. There are laundry facilities, an elevator, several resident lounges, and common areas including a community kitchen for social events. The original gym has been preserved providing an indoor basketball and sports court, there is an indoor running/walking track and fitness center as well. Y Loft Senior Apartments are in downtown Kansas City, Kansas providing shopping, entertainment, health care and plenty to do and see, all within just blocks of your new home.
