We have walking paths/biking trails surrounding the property (you can also access Commerce Parkways sidewalks that can take you to Ernie Harris Pkwy-great for runners/cyclists), a pickleball court, basketball court, playground and dog park in a park like setting. Our community center offers a fitness room, laundry mat, coffee bar, a large event room with a full kitchen and TVs (can be rented for special events), a smaller room with a smart board for business meetings etc, as well as a mail room for convenient package pickup. Coming in the spring of 2026 there will also be a community pool! There is a $75 fee per applicant on top of the $200 admin fee when applying. The $155 monthly utility fee includes: Spectrum internet/cable, water/sewer, trash and pest control-tenant pays for electric separately. Garages are available for $105 (12-month lease) or $95 for an 18-month lease. There are additional location premiums-please call to inquire.
