Management

The manager responded quickly with an offer to take a video tour in lieu of driving 30 miles. The video was one of the best that I've seen, giving a great view of the entire apartment , including the property and ocean. We had a good discussion and I explained that the extra charge for parking meant that I would not be applying.

An excellent video tour was provided. The apartment is small but is close to the beach. The location, size and monthly rent were acceptable but, unfortunately, off-street parking is not included in the rent. I require parking so I did not apply.
