Property
The only vacant and available unit for viewing was a non-upgraded one. There are no private patios or balconies. Each patio or balcony are all shared with the next door neighbors and accessible by anyone. Everything looked very old inside for the rent amount I was quoted. I liked its location but I didn't think I would be comfortable living with such little privacy in an old-looking place. Those upgraded ones would be a lot more expensive. You would pay extra for water/sewer/garbage that could go up to $180 per month and parking fee. I've see better places at more reasonable price. The rent quoted was not worth it even in today's housing market.
