    The property looks well maintained, and the pools were sparkling. The Model Apartment is nicely updated from floor to ceiling, with sparkling new appliances. Within walking distance of great shopping areas and close by neighborhood pub. Close to US 95 for quick access to downtown and the strip. This property is under new management and is now part of the Cushman Wakefield Group.

     Management

    I actually called the Property Manager, and the rental price is not accurate, and the rates will go up when the property is vacant. None of this information was posted in the listing. It's frustrating because all over the town there are all these hidden fees that you don't find out until you want to apply for the rental. Just be straight. It's exhausting to find a place you love and this have it priced right out from under you!
