I scheduled a tour to possibly rent one of their apartments. The first scheduled appointment, I show up at the property about 15 minutes early & wait until my scheduled appointment time. I then waited around for about 15 minutes after to see if someone was running late. The office door was locked & There is a sign on the office door stating the office is closed for the day, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause anyone. That would've been nice to know before wasting my time to leave work (losing money) & gas as high as gas prices are to drive across town to nothing. I called the number listed who is actually not part of the office, but more of a call center that schedules these appointments for them they said yes I see where you are scheduled at 1230 & no one is there? I told the person on the phone at least 5 times that the office door was locked with a sign on it stating it was closed for the day & no one was there. Because he kept asking. He basically apologized & that was the end of that. I later received a call to see if I wanted to reschedule which I did, because from the pictures on the internet these apartments look really nice for their price. My 2nd appointment date comes & I receive a call 10 minutes before hand asking if I could reschedule yet again. I then declined. That is not a very good look or way to start out with a potential tenant. First appointment no one showed & second appointment cancelled 10 minutes before it should have started.
