Property
The unit has been refurbished, all new kitchen, bathroom, hardwood floors. On the second floor. The walls are blue which is nicer than the standard apt. cream. This unit comes with a closed garage. No Pet. The courtyard has a few BBQ'ers and two laundry rooms on each side. Secured 52-apt. complex with Mgr. on premise. The square area where the bath/bed/lvrm come together is too small to get a bed headboard and box frame through. There is a door that you can close off the lvrm which also will make it difficult to get furniture to the bedroom. I think the apt is great for one person with no big furniture or a lot of things. I like that the apt kitchen and bathroom have windows also. The application process is very intense. There are a lot of papers you need to submit in the verification process.
