     Property

    Aside from the dead bugs, the property was in decent condition. The outside wasn't so great. When I went to tour the place, there was a guy on the side of the building sleeping there. I guess that is not really within their control. Aside from that, all of the garages look pretty beat up, and had all looked as if they were broken in to at one point in time or another.
