     Property

    The unit has an appealing floor plan but the building is run down and in rather shabby condition. In desperate need of exterior touches. 2nd floor railing wobbly. Laundry machines closet doors rotting off hinges. One of the units had a non-functioning a/c (not a good look in 90+ degree summer weather. The other had kitchen molding straps peeling off. It basically looked like the unit had as little done as possible to rent to the next tenant. Was not quite ready for showing. Street was nice and in a cool area.
