Property
It's a old build, but updated, and there are some upkeep requirements like floor crownings on the exposed brick walls. The view isn't that great for the two units I saw, and I think that of those two units, because a one bedroom one bath, it would be awesome. There are some meth fumes smells in the smaller studio with the floor crowning due, but I think that problem is coming from downstairs or next door. The meth fumes issue is illegal, but a lot of people are doing it and giving neighbors health problems that don't do meth. I think if building safety somehow leak proof checked all rooms and installed metal barrier protectors in the walls, roof, and floors, than maybe the meth fumes problem would only be a front door issue. It's either that what I suggested, or creating a gazebo outside to house a designated hot box area where they can cook their meth in privacy because, apparently it's illegal to cook meth in public because it's an illegal substance.
