The original building design is characterized by clean lines and spacious wrap around balconies. The seamless floor-to-ceiling glass facade and 12 foot ceilings provide natural light deep into the floor plate. Perched on a hill overlooking Sunset Blvd, this iconic tower is strategically located between Downtown and Echo Park with easy access to all main roadways. All of our units are bright and open plan lofts with long balconies and, in the case of corner units, wraparound balconies. The penthouse level boasts double height ceilings and private roof sundecks for these 2 story units at the top of the building. From the downtown skyline to the Hollywood sign, views here are completely singular and offer an impressive experience for your guests. The floor-to-ceiling insulated windows are all outfitted with custom made motorized UV resistant Mecho shades. Most floor plans are polished concrete (hardwood and tile on the penthouse level). Every kitchen has custom Italian millwork, built-in Bosch dishwasher, stainless steel Bosch refrigerator, and Bertazzoni gas range oven with matching microwave hood. We offer pre-owned LG stackable washer and dryers available for purchase, or you can bring/buy your own set. Building amenities include Amazon Hub for seamless deliveries, night security guard, fitness room and a community courtyard with fire pit and barbecues. There is ample on-site parking with over 50 EV charging stations . Electric vehicle charging is currently FREE and unlimited for tenants. One indoor parking space is available for each of our Penthouse units. Pet friendly, no breed restrictions. All units are leased unfurnished.
