Spacious bedroom with fresh paint, hardwood floors, large windows. Bathroom with glass shower door and custom tile, fresh paint, pedestal sink and brushed nickel waterworks fixtures. Private property, fenced and gated gardens, several fruit tree varieties. Private front garden, with shared garden beds for tenant(s) use next to the cottage, Laundry room is shared by all tenants a short walk from cottage. 1 designated parking space outside of the cottage. Pet friendly with a deposit of $300, Pet rent $50. No aggressive breeds, under 25lb, 2 pet limit. NO SMOKING of any kind allowed inside of the unit, on the property grounds. Smoking is only allowed 100 ft from the property line.
