Please note that there is a steep staircase entry to the apartment. One cat permitted. This is a great neighborhood with very quick and easy access to downtown and campus. Bike path along nearby Wingra Creek and Lake Monona to campus and downtown. One and 1/2 block walk to Madison Metro bus line "B" offering faster service every 15 minutes. Off-street parking is included. Laundromat is only a two-minute walk! Grocery store, library, post office, popular ethnic restaurants, brew pubs, and locally owned coffee shop and Starbucks nearby. Also near the Southside farmer's market, public library, a large public pool, beach, and Madison Area Technical College. Available starting June 1, 2025 for lease through July 31, 2026. Rent will be $900 per month. f you're available to move in as early as July 1, rent will be $800 for that month due to a sublease. There is a $100 monthly utility fee that covers heat, hot water, electricity, water & sewer. Security deposit of $900 is due when you sign the lease. We offer the convenience of online rent payment--set it and forget about it!
