Appliances provided: fridge, stove, disposal, and microwave, coin-operated laundry. Landlord pays utilities. 1 surface lot parking spot comes with your room. No pets. No smoking. Maximum 1 person per room. We show by appointment, 5 days/week. Near Eastside Rooming House divided into three apartments, each with it's own entrance, and each with a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. The house laundry is shared by all residents plus residents of the house next door. There is a generous-sized, shared front porch. All private, lockable rooms in each apartment have a maximum occupancy of one. The rooms have either hardwood or carpeted floor and a closet, and basic utilities plus one included off-street parking space are included. The house is located less than a half-block to beautiful, lakefront Burrows Park on Lake Mendota. Sorry, no pets in roomed apartments.
