Regularly scheduled activities happen here, and we are always looking for new ideas. The apartments are spacious with large closets, and a private patio or balcony. Our rent includes heat, water, sewer, and trash. There are 2 laundry facilities located on each floor, elevators, and off-street parking. IF space is available in the underground garage parking, there is no extra charge. We are a pet-friendly community, allowing a limit of 2 pets per unit. There is a 50lb weight limit and we do have some dog breed restrictions. There is an extra deposit required and pet rent is $20.00 monthly per pet. Being a Section 42 property, Income restrictions apply. See below for the maximum allowable annual income by household size: 30% 1-person household -$27,270. 2-person household -$31,170. 60% 1-person household -$54,540. 2-person household -$62,340.
