Designed by an award-winning Dutch designer, the building features hand-built light fixtures, sofas, tables, cabinet pulls, and more, creating a warm, elevated living experience. Recently renovated, this building won a 2024 international design competition by Dezeen (named top five hotel interiors in the world). It also won best commercial renovation under $2 million and 2nd best interior design (hospitality) in 2024. Each apartment is fully furnished and stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, WiFi, and all utilities. Thoughtful conveniences include in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and private balconies. Flexible lease options start at 30 days, with academic and 12+ month terms available. Rent varies by lease length and season, with special rates for 12+ month leases. Underground parking is available for $200/month (free in winter), and pets are welcome with a fee.
