The apartment has a private entry with no hallways. Parking is included in the rent in our lot. Park Place is located next to Hiniker pond and the playground. We use a one year lease with an automatic month to month extension. The application fee is $50 and to hold the apartment you need to pay a sum equal to one month rent.
