Experience the best of Marysville living in this well-appointed 2nd floor apartment. $100 water, sewer, garbage and landscaping fee in addition to the rent. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities and landscaping maintenance. In addition to the security/pet deposit, there will be a non-refundable carpet cleaning fee in the amount of $225, to be paid with all other move in charges. Cats and small dogs 20lbs or under allowed with refundable pet deposits. $500 for the first pet & $250 for each additional pet.
