This building has a play ground for children Access to all units is from within the building via controlled access. If your apartment is on the 2nd 4th floors, you can use the stairs or feel free to use the elevator! The building is in a great location backing to trees, walking distance to Soper Hill Shopping Center, public transportation, and only minutes to Highway 9 and SR 204. You are just a short drive away from restaurants, banks, and shopping. Enjoy outdoor activities with in a five mile radius. Lundeen Park such as basketball, playground, and use of the public dock and swimming area!
