We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,549 refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required.
Tenants must carry their own separate liability insurance policy for damage to the apartment and to cover apartment contents.
One or two spayed/neutered cats or dogs are acceptable with pet rent of $35/pet/month (breed restrictions apply). Maximum 2 animals total. We don't take cats or dogs under 1 year old. No additional pet deposit is required.
This is a smoke-free building, no smoking in any of the units, or within 30 feet of the building.
