roaches crawling in the bathtub . hallways & the 3 apts that we saw were messy & not ready to be rented. Seems like corporate real estate that isnt maintained.

It was fun to ride on a golf cart around the complex, but she could not answer simple questions about the property & just kept saying "its close to wynwood" .
