To qualify, applicants should have an income of 2.53 times the monthly rent, with no prior evictions or violent arrests. We do run a credit check, but there's no minimum score requirementwe simply look for consistent payment history on basic bills such as phone service, car payments, retail accounts, and no recent repossessions. We require completed employment and rental verifications from your current or previous landlord or property manager. The application fee is $65 per adult and is non-refundable. This can be paid via money order or PayPal at any time during the process, but it must be received before we can approve or deny your application.
