     Property

the lay out of the room was well thought out to maximize the space provided , the big issue are the tenants. The tenants have a mess in almost every balcony, it looks like the property does not enforce any rules in regards with cleanliness. Occupied apartments look vacant base off all the junk people had laying around. It was quite uncomfortable to be around.

     Management

Management was very polite a very knowledgeable

Set in the gently rolling hills of the San Gabriel Valley, 91754 (Monterey Park) offers sunny, mild weather and a close-knit, multigenerational community with deep Chinese American roots. Expect an outstanding dining scene—dim sum houses, noodle shops, and late‑night dessert cafes—especially along Atlantic and Garvey, plus the iconic Cascades waterfall and the city’s festive Lunar New Year street celebration. Families and pets will appreciate plentiful parks and quiet residential streets with mountain and city views. Day-to-day is easy: groceries at 99 Ranch Market and Ralphs, coffee at 85°C Bakery Cafe and local tea shops, movies at AMC Atlantic Times Square, workouts at LA Fitness and neighborhood studios, and green time at Barnes Park and Garvey Ranch Park (with its community observatory and museum). Commuters benefit from quick 10 and 60 access and nearby ELAC and Cal State LA. Recent Zillow Market Trends show a median asking rent in the mid‑$2,000s, with most listings roughly from the upper $1,900s to low $3,000s.
