You must also make two and a half times the monthly rent. -Landlord pays heat, water, garbage -Tenant pays electric and cable Rental deposit is 1 months rent. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Late fee is 8% after the 5th of the month. We offer 12-18 month leases. Month to month leases available with added fee. Renters insurance is required.
