Each adult leaseholder must have a minimum credit score of 700 as reported by an accredited consumer reporting agency.
Scores between 650 and 699 may be considered.
We do not accept applicants with open landlord judgments, unpaid rental collections, or bankruptcy filed within the past 24 months.
All approvals are subject to verification of income ( minimum of 3x monthly rent ) and satisfactory rental history.
