This isn't a new thing, but it's definitely a new thing to Olympia. We've taken an old building built in 1925 completely remodeled the interior. There are Four floors of brand new construction which allows people to either work from one of the 11 available work studio units or chose one of the 18 apartment studios right in the heart of downtown Olympia.
Tall ceilings, Large windows to let in all the light, and No carpet in the units. Options in the kitchen range from eat in counter top to galley style kitchen area. All units designed with the large open concept floor plan. The building has an elevator and two stair cases for easy entrance into this locked building.
Requirements include:
No smoking
12-month lease required
Application fee: $50.00 (non-refundable)
Deposit: 1 months' rent+ 25% due at approval process to secure unit. (taken off market)
Pet Friendly with deposit: 25% of 1 months' rent PER ANIMAL.
ANIMAL RENT: Cats and Dogs only. NO other animal approved.
$50.00 monthly per cat $ 35.00 monthly per dog
Tenants pay water/sewer/garbage $120.00 (monthly)
Proof of renters insurance required
