Property
Absolute worst place I have even looked at so far. Their pricing is messed up to no end. You pay less for a short lease term and if you move in sooner.($90) difference per month to move in sooner. Not worth what they are charging. You can move into a nice apartment up on Maple for around the same price. Do not consider moving to this place!! I knew my answer before we even saw the place because of the 20 minute pricing conversation they had before the tour.
