NO Pets, NO Smoking, NO Slobs, NO Excessive drinking and NO drugs. You must be ok with keeping the house clean and picking up after yourself. If you are a messy person this is NOT the place for you. This is not a party house for having people over frequently. No more than one guest allowed over once per week. Month by month, move out anytime with 30 days notice. Reservation fee plus first months rent moves you in. Parking for boat trailer or jet ski trailer is available for additional fee, access to private boat ramp also available.
