After a tenant moves out, and prior to the next tenant moving in, all apartments are painted, inspected and brought to Code if necessary, water filter is replaced (and thereafter every 3 months), professionally cleaned, carpets cleaned, tub and sink drains are cleaned out for fast drain, plus, vents and exhaust fans are cleaned! All units come with Window Blinds, Assigned Parking, and the entire complex is 100% Smoke Free!
