We will conduct a background check on all adult applicants; any prior evictions, or felonies within the last 10 years will render applicant/s ineligible for residency.
Upon approval, we will hold the property for you, for a (minimum) of 1/2 the total security deposit; this becomes non-refundable if the applicant backs out of the deal. Then anytime before move-in day we require the remaining security along with the first & last month's rent.
The first & last month's rent and the total security deposit must be paid in full before taking possession of the property.
