     Property

Despite wanting to see their best and biggest units, the ones we saw looked cheap, smelled dirty, and had views of just walls and parking lots. We could also hear dogs and people through the apartment doors (paper thin). Plus the agent seemed to invade existing tenants' space while they were out, surprising others at the door with no notice (one guy seemed justifiably very upset about it). I'd want a landlord who was more considerate than what we saw. We weren't invited to see any of the building's amenities, and the agent had almost no info about the neighborhood. There was little professionalism in communicating about and viewing this building, and it's turned me off to all PMC Properties to be honest. :(
