    Terrible curb appeal. The property's exterior didn't seem to be prioritized, there's a broken window screen that needs to be replaced. Inside the layout is a little odd & the lack of windows in the living room & kitchen make it feel dark. All bedrooms have fair natural light from the windows. This unit would be great for a single person, possibly even a couple or two roommates. That alleged front bedroom would be cool as an office or content creating room, anything but a bedroom. There's a deck out back with access from the kitchen. I loved that and the privacy you get. Overall this property was ok. The right tenant can maximize the space and really make it something special.
