    We are pleased to present a newly renovated luxury apartment located in Historic Allegheny West. This spacious unit occupies the entire second floor of the building and is accessible via a second-story walk-up. The apartment features a full kitchen, a dedicated dining room, an oversized living room, and one bathroom. We have meticulously restored and maintained many original features, including door knobs and hardware, fireplace mantels, and hardwood floors, blending historic charm with modern luxury. Each apartment benefits from its own exclusive washer and dryer, located in a shared laundry room with only one other unit. These machines are dedicated solely to your use, not communal. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Please note that is $50 off-street a month (one designated spot). Regarding pets, cats are welcome at this property, but unfortunately, dogs are not accepted. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed. As part of Allegheny City Realty's rental policy, we offer a 0% rent increase for your second year if you choose to renew your lease. Should you decide to renew for a third year, any rent increase will not exceed 4%. A background and credit check are required as part of the application process. A credit score of 650 or above is preferred; scores below 650 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Applications with prior evictions or accounts in collections will not be approved.
