It is a perfect Shadyside location, close to CMU, all buses (bus/shuttle stops in front of building) and is within walking distance to Walnut Street or S. It is a great building, nice and quiet, mostly working professionals, graduate/doctoral/med school/law school students, and you can't beat the location! This apartment is all hardwood flooring through out the whole apartment. The kitchen is service-only, but features a dishwasher, a lot of cabinets and a pantry for added storage. Each apartment also contains a large master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and large double wide window. There is a smaller second bedroom, which single people use as an office or den. The second bedroom is smaller but does fit a double bed, night stand and chest or set of drawers.
