The kitchen and bathroom of this 2nd floor apartment were renovated in June 2022! The apartment features hardwood floors, large windows, and ceiling fans. The kitchen has a built in microwave, electric stove, custom cabinets, track lighting, and ceramic counters. The bathroom has a ceramic tile surround tile on the shower as well as a new toilet and vanity. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash. Tenants pay electric. There is electric baseboard heat and a window AC unit will be installed upon request. Our company purchased this 6 unit building several years ago and renovated it thoroughly. There's a bus stop a block away, and Mellon Park and Bakery Square are both within a 10 minute walk. Target, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods can all be found within a mile radius of the property. Shadyside Giant Eagle Market District as well as CMU campus and all of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Walnut Street and Ellsworth Avenue can be found within a 2 mile radius. There's a shared patio in the front, coin-operated laundry in the basement, and limited off street parking behind the building. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.

Anchored in Pittsburgh’s East End, 15208 spans Point Breeze North and Homewood with pockets of Lincoln-Lemington, blending tree-lined streets, early 1900s brick homes, and a strong front-porch community vibe. You’ll feel the seasons—lush springs, warm summers, colorful falls, and snowy winters—and the area’s history at The Frick Pittsburgh and the serene, park-like Homewood Cemetery. Daily life centers on green spaces: Frick Park and the Frick Environmental Center offer hiking, biking, and dog-friendly trails. Coffee and bites are close at Everyday Cafe, with Point Breeze favorites like Point Brugge Cafe and Pino’s, plus nearby Bakery Square shops, gyms, and East Liberty staples like Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Arts and culture show up in Homewood’s murals and the Afro American Music Institute’s jazz roots. The Homewood Station on the MLK Jr. East Busway makes it commuter friendly to Downtown, and I-376 is a short drive. It’s family- and pet-friendly, with generally quieter nights; recent Zillow market trends show a median rent around $1,350, with most listings roughly $900–$2,100.
