Tenants must carry their own separate liability insurance policy for damage to the apartment and to cover apartment contents.
One or two spayed/neutered cats or dogs are acceptable with pet rent of $35/pet/month (breed restrictions apply). Maximum 2 animals total. No additional pet deposit is required.
