    What's special

    Bright well-designed apartment homes
Corso Apartments is a stylish boutique community in the popular Overlook neighborhood. Our bright, well-designed apartment homes not only offer a large enough space to live comfortably but are also close to excellent dining, shopping and entertainment opportunities. Corso is located on the Max yellow line for convenient trips into the heart of the city. Best of yet, parking around the building isn't metered nor is it timed, so no permits or fees like a lot of other parts of town. Even better there is ample parking around the building as we share our block with residential homes.
The City of Portland requires a notice to applicants of the Portland Housing Bureau’s Statement of Applicant Rights. Additionally, Portland requires a notice to applicants relating to a Tenant’s right to request a Modification or Accommodation.
