For those transit-oriented tenants, you will be surrounded by abundant transportation options with the streetcar and Max train only a few blocks away. Utilities are a flat rate of $100/month We offer both a 12-month and a 15-month lease option. After the initial lease is up, you will have an option to rent month to month. We offer laundry service, onsite management, and onsite maintenance. Cat friendly, up to 2 cats with a $300.00 pet deposit, and $0.00 for pet rent. Please let me know what day that you are visiting that you would like to tour. We are open Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:30pm, with tours starting at 10am-4pm.
