Stark Street Villa is a smoking free community located conveniently near the 122nd MAX stop and near Ventura Park & Ventura Park Elementary school. Apartments include a washer/dryer, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. We welcome service animals. Renter's insurance is not required but is highly recommended. Water, sewer, and trash are all included in the cost of the rent. The resident is responsible for Electric and will pay this directly to the provider. No parking available.
A single person household cannot make more than $49560 annually. This includes all sources.
