Rent will be based on income and security deposit is equal to the first month's rent. Apartments include a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, central heat and air, and a small outdoor patio. Electric, water, sewer, and trash are included in rent. Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at renter's expense. Cedar Ridge also has an onsite laundry facility and small community room.
