Tenants are only a few minutes from Olde Richmond, Main Street, the Depot District, the West Side of town, and Earlham College, but they are also secluded with a great view of open fields and woods. The buildings are close to the new Earlham College baseball and football fields and have a good view of the Equestrian Fields as well.
