This newly renovated building houses four apartments. The front two apartments are spacious three bedroom, one bathroom units with large eat-in kitchens and sizable living rooms. The back apartments are small, efficient one bedrooms. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood just across the street from Earlham College between Main Street and South A Street making it easy to get to almost any other part of town quickly and easily. All of our properties are non-smoking, and the tenant is responsible for all utilities. Small pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
